Review of 2025 Actions and Results

• Created a highly effective working party Gareth, Ann, Judith and Humphrey. Over 100 emails were sent to stakeholders.

• Created a noise and vibration monitoring group collecting over 350 data points from 17 residents 

• Council is now aware of our group who are quote " Giving us a hammering"

•  Continuous monitoring and communicating with Fairview as community "ears and eyes". 

• Highlighting gaps in Fairview's operations, signing up to CCS, site working hours, minimising noise/ vibrations. 

•  Recognised the bull in Fairview tactics

• Demonstrated the force of group action against malpractices

• Held the Council to account for failing us

• Secured the concessions by being a thorn in the side of Fairview and
