Dock Residents Fund Raising Sale,

This is a fun and friendly Dock community event, and we ask everyone to follow a few simple guidelines to keep things safe and enjoyable for all. We will be using the BBQ area. The tables and wall will be on first come first served basis.

ARRIVAL & SETUP

Sellers may arrive from 9 AM for setup

Please set up promptly so we can open on time

WHAT YOU CAN SELL

Pre-loved, second-hand personal items

Household goods, books, toys, clothes, etc.

(This is a community event and not intended for business or commercial trading)

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Alcohol or tobacco (including vapes)

Knives, weapons, or dangerous items

Medicines or health-related products

Food or drinks

Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods

If you are unsure about an item, please check with the organisers.

FOOD & DRINK

The sale of food or drink by sellers is not permitted

No cooking, barbecues, or open flames

CLEAN-UP

Please take all unsold items and rubbish home

Leave your space clean and tidy

RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for the items you bring and sell

Please ensure items are safe and in good condition

We cannot take responsibility for loss, damage, or accidents

We appreciate your support in making this a warm and welcoming Dock community event.

We ask sellers to donate about 10% of their profit to our community funds
