Seller information
Here are some guidelines and information to help the event run smoothly for us all:
Please set up your area by 10.45am before people arrive... The sale starts at llam
Bring your own table (or tarpaulin/picnic blanket) for your goods - unless you are updated beforehand
Keep walkways clear and items off the ground that may create trip hazards.
Price items clearly to avoid confusion
Be safe - ensure tables are stable and items won't fall or blow away
Keep noise levels down to respect our neighbours
Please take all unsold items and rubbish home; we are not allowed to leave anything on site
Help the organisers out by falling in with their requests as far as you are able
Here are a list of items we are not allowed to sell:
No alcohol or tobacco & vapes
No Knives, blades, or anything that could be considered dangerous.
No unsafe electricals (untested, or missing plugs/cables)
No counterfeit goods
No food sales - unless specifically authorised in advance.
Conduct & Safety
Stay within your allocated space and avoid blocking entrances
Supervise children- if they are helping at your table
Report any safety concerns or incidents to the organisers promptly
Pack down on time - leave the area clean and clear by the agreed finish time (2pm)
Vehicle Rules
No vehicles in pedestrian areas - loading/unloading only in designated spots
Please don't block Augustus Close or emergency routes
End-of-Day Requirements
Take all unsold items with you (and please don't leave them in the estate bins) and leave your area tidy
Let the organisers know you have finished and your space is clear
Charity Contributions
There is no charge to sell, but if any sellers or buyers want to contribute to a local charity there will be someone collecting on the day
